The app includes access to an omnichannel catalog, advanced product search, inventory details across channels, as well as a shopping cart, order capture, payment handling, POS integration, cash drawer management and order processing. Become instant product experts with access to product details, manufacturers’ notes, rich media, product inventory, and pricing. Using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge and Tulip’s DAL API, retailers can import product catalog categories, products, variants, e-commerce inventory, product pricing, and tax calculations, orders, as well as shipping options. Product Knowledge Close the knowledge gap between store associates and customers with real-time access to enhanced product information. Integrate product ratings and reviews. Endless Aisle Offer an unparalleled in-store customer checkout experience and save the sale with endless aisle. If an item is not present in-store, allow associates to sell the item and have it shipped to a shopper’s address.
