Welcome to Peterborough Transit Specialized Van Service. (PACT) Peterborough Accessible Community Transit (formerly Peterborough Handivan) This is a door-to-door, shared ride, accessible transit service intended for persons with disabilities who are unable to use the conventional transit service for all or part of a trip. Riders wishing to book a trip on the accessible vans must meet specific eligibility criteria. Eligibility applications can be found on the Peterborough Transit website. Peterborough Transit Specialized Van Service app gives you more control to schedule, change or cancel individual rides even when customer service phone lines are closed. Download the app to book your trip up to 14 days in advance of travel. Recurring rides will continue to be booked by phone with a member of our scheduling team.
