Hip To The Groove Boutique celebrates the fusion of a makeup artist and singer named Lori and a boutique owner named Wendy. When the two enthusiasts from different walks of life crossed their path they decided to create a place with a throwback feel so when people walked in they would feel nostalgic. An idea that was originated to incorporate music into boutiques now simultaneously helps to stay ahead in the fashion curve and imbues the feeling of fearlessness in the community.
