Orient Relo is an internal logistics management platform built exclusively for our operations team. It serves as the central hub for managing shipments, coordinating team workflows, and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations — from the moment a shipment is booked to the moment it's delivered. Why We Built It Managing logistics across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools was slowing us down. Shipment updates were missed, accountability was unclear, and our team was spending too much time chasing information instead of acting on it. Orient Relo was built to fix that — one platform where every team member has the visibility and tools they need to do their job efficiently. What It Does Orient Relo allows the team to create and manage shipment records, track real-time status updates at every milestone, assign team members to specific operations, and maintain all shipment-related documents in one place. Operations managers get a high-level dashboard to monitor active shipments, team workloads, and performance. Field and warehouse staff can update statuses and log exceptions from any device. Who It's For This platform is designed for every role within our logistics operations — operations managers, logistics coordinators, warehouse and field teams, and compliance staff. Each role has access to the tools and information relevant to their function, nothing more and nothing less. Our Commitment Orient Relo is an internal-only platform. All data stays within our organization. Access is role-based, activity is logged, and the platform is actively maintained and updated based on team feedback. Support and onboarding resources are available to every team member.
