PushUp Lock: Block Apps

About this app

RepLock blocks your most distracting apps — and the only key is exercise. Do push-ups, squats, or sit-ups in front of your camera and our on-device AI counts every rep. Hit your goal, earn screen time. It's that simple. APP BLOCKING THAT WORKS Select TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any app that eats your time. RepLock blocks them using built-in Screen Time controls — no VPNs, no workarounds. AI REP COUNTER Your phone's front camera counts your reps in real-time using on-device AI pose detection. No internet needed. No video is ever recorded or sent anywhere. Just you, exercising. 3 EXERCISE TYPES Push-ups, squats, and sit-ups with real-time form recognition. Mix them up or focus on your favorite. GOAL-BASED UNLOCKING Set a rep goal, complete your workout, and earn a timed window of access to your blocked apps. 20 push-ups = 15 minutes of scrolling. You decide the exchange rate. REP HISTORY & STATS Track every session — reps completed, time spent, goals hit. Watch your strength grow over time. AI WORKOUT COACH (PRO) Chat with an AI coach powered by Anthropic for personalized workout advice, weekly summaries, and motivation. Category-based blocking also available with Pro. SMART NOTIFICATIONS Get timely reminders to stay on track, with deep links straight to your workout. PRIVACY FIRST • All rep counting happens on-device — no video leaves your phone • No accounts required to get started • Workout data synced securely via end-to-end encrypted cloud Terms of Use: https://replock.app/terms RepLock turns screen time into workout time. Stop scrolling, start sweating.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
