About this app
Upgrade your Safari browsing with Keyword Search, the all-in-one custom search tool for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS with just one purchase. Keyword Search lets you instantly switch between multiple search engines directly from Safari's address bar or Spotlight, making your browsing faster and more efficient. For example, type "g apple" to search Google, or "d apple" for DuckDuckGo. Privacy is a top priority: Keyword Search requests only the permissions it needs. It requires permission to view browsing history only to identify the search engine in the URL bar. All processing is done locally, and your personal information never leaves your device. Key features: ■ Shortcuts: Navigate between search engines instantly with simple keywords. ■ Custom Engines: Transform any searchable website into a custom engine using URL templates. ■ Smart History: Automatically remembers your last query, allowing you to re-search on different engines without retyping. ■ App Integration: Use native URL schemes to trigger searches from within other apps like X (Twitter) or productivity tools. ■ Multi-Search: Blast a single query across multiple engines at the same time. ■ Spotlight & Siri: Launch searches directly from the home screen or use voice commands via Shortcuts. ■ iCloud Sync: Your setup stays perfectly in sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. ■ Backup: Easily export or import your engine list as a JSON file. Modernize your Safari experience today with Keyword Search.
