Mantria: Vent & Name Feelings

About this app

Some feelings don't have easy names. Mantria gives them one. Every morning, Mantria names a feeling for you — a few honest words and a short, literary observation. Not a mood score. Not advice. Just the quiet relief of "yes, that's exactly it." And when something hits that you can't put into words, open Find My Word, write what you're feeling — however messily — and Mantria names it, in a voice closer to Joan Didion than a self-help app. Mantria is not a mood tracker, not a therapy app, not an AI friend. It does one thing: it helps you name what you feel. WHAT YOU GET - A daily named feeling — one each morning, with a short literary observation. Keep the ones that land. - Find My Word — vent what you're feeling and Mantria names it, in the moment. - A library of your feelings — saved, searchable, yours. - Lock Screen & Home Screen widgets — today's feeling, always in view. THE VOICE Most wellness apps talk at you — affirmations, tips, "stay strong." Mantria doesn't. Every word is written in one careful, literary voice: dry, warm, exact. The kind of sentence that makes you feel understood instead of managed. MANTRIA PREMIUM - Unlimited Find My Word — the free plan includes 12 a month - Evening and midnight notifications, for when feelings actually peak - $29.99/year or $4.99/month, with a 3-day free trial If you're ever in crisis, Mantria steps aside and points you to real human help. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage anytime in App Store › Apple ID › Subscriptions. The shared card is cleaner: the label above the feeling name is gone, so the word stands on its own. Your library is tidier too. Cards no longer appear twice after a language change, and entries that had lost their name are gone.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
