Outwork: Habits Unlock Apps

About this app

Your habits are the key to your apps. Pick the apps that eat your day — Instagram, TikTok, games. Every morning they lock behind Apple's Screen Time shield. Do your habits, and they open back up. You choose the deal: finish everything, hit a habit goal, or earn minutes per habit. No willpower required. Just a phone that works for you instead of against you. Habit tracking is free. App blocking and everything marked "Outwork Pro" below require an Outwork Pro subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan. EARN YOUR SCROLL (OUTWORK PRO) • Block any app, category, or website until today's habits are done • Four deal modes: all habits done, habit goal, minutes per habit, or progress = screen time • Grace minutes each day, everything resets at midnight • Runs entirely through Apple's Screen Time — your usage never leaves your device BUILD STREAKS THAT SURVIVE REAL LIFE • One flame for your daily discipline — keep it alive • Rest days and vacation mode so a busy week doesn't reset you to zero (Outwork Pro) • Wrapped-style share cards for your streaks and before/after progress photos TRACK ANYTHING, AUTOMATICALLY • Reps, minutes, pages, photos — or a simple check • Steps, workouts, distance, sleep and more auto-sync from Apple Health (Outwork Pro) • Apple Watch app, home-screen widgets, Siri shortcuts (Outwork Pro) BRING YOUR PEOPLE • Add friends, see each other's flames, and keep each other honest • Shared plans and challenges FOR PARENTS • Parental lock: set the deal for your kid's phone and passcode-protect it — homework before games (Outwork Pro) Outwork Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial on the yearly plan. It unlocks app blocking, streak protection, Apple Health sync, the Watch app, widgets, and Siri. Everything else is free. Your phone unlocks when your habits are done. This update: • Goal pace: see whether you're ahead or behind on your habit goals, right on the Streaks tab • Subtasks: split check-off habits into smaller steps and tick them off one by one • A new Friends campfire: your friends circle the fire, spin it with a drag, and the flame burns brighter as everyone makes progress • A live sky over the campfire that follows the time of day, from sunrise to a starry night • Today's friend activity is now a timeline you can filter by person • Reorder your friends list however you like • Richer friend profiles with more of their progress • Sick and vacation days now have their own look in the date strip and on the Today widget • Friends load instantly, even on a weak connection • Smoother, faster and easier on your battery • Better tips, and fixes for travelling across time zones, widgets at midnight, the Apple Health prompt, finishing-time insights and the feedback sheet

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
