Build A Case helps you keep a clear, organized record when you are dealing with a landlord, an employer, a government agency, an insurer, or any party you need to document. When you finally file a complaint, escalate to a regulator, or talk to an attorney, you usually arrive with scattered notes, screenshots buried in Photos, and half-remembered dates. Build A Case gives you one place to put all of it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log every interaction — phone call, email, in-person, web form, or letter — with the date, who you spoke to, and what was said. • Attach evidence — photos, video, audio, screenshots, and documents — straight from your camera or library. • Mark up a photo and save the annotated copy alongside the untouched original. • See your whole history on a single timeline, so nothing falls through the cracks. • Export a clean PDF case file you can hand to an agency, a regulator, or a lawyer. BUILT FOR TRUST • Every file is fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash and timestamped, so you can show it has not been altered since you saved it. • Everything stays on your device. There is no account to create and no server we control. Optional iCloud Sync (off by default) keeps your files in your own private iCloud. • Lock the app with Face ID so your records stay private. Scheduled on your device. • Guided prompts — logging a call or email now suggests the facts worth capturing, so nothing important slips through. • Tamper-evident records — every interaction shows when it was recorded and whether it was edited, extending chain-of-custody to your written log. • Quick lock — one tap hides your cases behind Face ID; the app stays hidden in the app switcher too. • Back up all your data — export a private .zip of every case and evidence file to keep safe or move to a new device.
