Catering & Food Cost - Galley

About this app

Galley is the professional catering operations app built for caterers who run events like a business - not a hobby. Whether you're managing a private dinner for 20 or a corporate gala for 500, Galley gives you command of every detail: event timelines, custom menus, ingredient costs, prep schedules, and profit margins - all in one place. PLAN AND MANAGE EVENTS Create events with dates, venues, guest counts, and status tracking. See your full calendar at a glance: what's confirmed, what's prepping, what needs a quote. Every event shows you where you stand - financially and operationally. BUILD MENUS FROM YOUR RECIPE LIBRARY Your recipe library is the engine of your catering business. Store recipes with ingredient costs and serving sizes. Build event menus by pulling recipes directly from your library. Galley scales quantities automatically based on guest count. KNOW YOUR FOOD COSTS Stop guessing at your margins. Galley calculates food cost per serving for every recipe and rolls it up to the event level. See your estimated food cost, revenue, and profit before you commit to a quote - and track actual P&L after the event is done. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
