Steward keeps the rules you set, every time you talk to it. Most investing apps are built so that you trade more. Steward never pushes a stock. It talks to you against the numbers you switched on: a cap per holding, a cooldown when you are rushing, buying in tranches. Ask "should I buy this now?" and it looks at your rules first. If a holding is still inside its cooldown, it will not tell you to buy.
