Progress: Photo & Goal Tracker

About this app

Progress is the simplest way to see yourself change over time. Take a photo, log a number, and watch the trend build: side-by-side comparisons, time-lapse reels, streaks, and on-device insights that read your own data back to you. WHY PROGRESS - Private progress photos: every picture stays on your iPhone and your own iCloud. We can never see them. - Before and after compare, plus time-lapse reels from your own shots. - A GLP-1 tracker: log each dose, your weight and your medication strength together. - Track anything with a number: weight, body measurements, lifts, habits, plants, projects. - On-device AI insights with Apple Intelligence: trends and encouragement computed entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. - Apple Health import for weight, body fat, BMI and more, only when you ask for it. - Streaks, goals, and a home-screen widget to keep you going. TRACK YOUR GLP-1 JOURNEY Start from the GLP-1 template to log each dose in mg, record your weight alongside it, note your medication strength in mg/mL, and add progress photos as you go. Set a weekly reminder for the day you check in, then see dose and weight together on one chart. It works as a personal log for any GLP-1 medication, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. Your entries and photos stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Progress does not give medical advice and does not recommend doses; always follow your clinician's instructions. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your photos and tracker data never leave your device and your private iCloud. No ads, no tracking pixels, no analytics SDKs. PROGRESS PRO Progress Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (subscription group "Progress Pro"), available as $34.99 per year or $3.99 per month, each with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
