Postima: AI Posture Coach

About this app

Sitting hunched at a desk all day? Postima turns your phone into an AI posture lab. Snap a few full-body photos and get an instant, easy-to-read read on how you really stand, plus a clear plan to fix it. Your scan. Your number. In seconds. Postima analyzes side, front, and back photos and gives you a Posture Score from 0 to 100, names your Posture Type (like Forward-Head + Rounded Shoulders), and grades you segment by segment, from head and neck down to pelvis and legs. WHAT YOU GET • Posture Score 0-100 so you always know where you stand • Your Posture Type identified in plain language • Per-segment grades: head/neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, pelvis, legs • 4 sub-metrics: Head, Shoulders, Spine, and Balance • A visual alignment map and radar to see your imbalances at a glance • Progress tracking to watch your score climb scan after scan A ROUTINE BUILT FOR YOUR BODY No generic checklists. Postima builds a corrective routine around your exact results, organized into simple blocks: • Loosen: targeted stretches to release tight areas • Strengthen: exercises to wake up weak, underworked muscles • Daily habit: small ergonomic tweaks for your desk and day Every move comes with an animated demo so you always know the form. If you have an active Pro subscription from an earlier version, it now unlocks everything again — scans, your routine and coach Vera. Plus small fixes.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
