Alta's Affirmations

About this app

Words that sound like you. Alta's Affirmations is a quiet place for the things you need to hear. Write your own lines, lean on 40 packs written for real seasons, and let your lock screen hand them back to you when you least expect it. 40 PACKS, 1,170 READY LINES Everyday ground to stand on: Self-Worth, Words of Wisdom, Calm, Courage, Healing, Boundaries, Keep Going, Purpose, Being Myself, Loneliness, Friendship, Gratitude. When life changes shape: Grief & Loss, Divorce & Separation, Illness & Recovery, Job Loss, Money & Security, Burnout, Caregiving, Big Change, Toxic Workplace. For the hard ones: Recovery & Sobriety, After Harm, Emotional Safety, Finding My Voice, Safe Boundaries, Coming Back To Myself. For how your mind works: Anxiety & Overwhelm, Made Differently. For parents: Pregnancy, New Parent, Postpartum, Motherhood, Parenting Teens. For kids and teens: High School, Family Changes, Parents Divorced, Parent Lost Job. And for the body: Moving My Body, Stronger. CUSTOM-FIRST Write the exact line you need, in your own voice, and save it where it belongs. Character counts tell you how it will sit in a widget before you commit. FAVORITES Heart any line and keep it. Saved words sync across the app, your widgets, and your Apple Watch. WIDGETS Lock screen and home screen. Choose which packs feed the rotation and whether lines stay put or refresh through the day. Favorite straight from the widget. TODAY One affirmation chosen for the day, drawn from the packs you've picked. DAILY REMINDERS Gentle notifications at the times that actually help. SHARE CARDS Turn any line into a soft gradient card and send it to someone who needs it. APPLE WATCH Your packs on your wrist, offline, no phone required. LOVE NOTES Add someone special and hear from them on your home screen. There is a hard season setting for when things are heavy, so the notes hold the difficulty and the love at the same time. SAVAGE MODE Gentle when you need gentle. Punchy when you ask for punchy. Bolder language stays off until you turn it on, with word-by-word control over what can appear. 18+. FIVE THEMES Blush, Serene, Meadow, Golden, and Twilight, each with a warm dark mode for late nights. YOUR WORDS STAY YOURS No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Your affirmations are stored on your device and shared only with the widget on the same phone. ALTA'S PLUS Alta's is free to use. Ten packs, favorites, search, share cards, one daily reminder, widgets, and up to three custom lines cost nothing, forever. Alta's Plus is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It opens all 36 packs, unlimited custom affirmations, reminders at several times a day, the four extra themes, Love Notes, Apple Watch, and Savage Mode. Alta's is a self-care and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional care. If a season feels bigger than an affirmation, the app keeps free support resources one tap away.

Four new packs. MONEY & SECURITY For the months when the numbers are tight and the worry is loud. It is free, and it is staying free: a pack written for people who cannot afford things should not sit behind a paywall. BURNOUT For running on empty, and for the guilt that turns up the moment you rest. GRATITUDE Everything else in here is about getting through something. This one is for the days that are just good. Free as well. FRIENDSHIP Reaching out first, repairing something awkward, and letting people close. That makes 40 packs and 1,170 ready lines. The icon is warmer too. The "A" that holds itself now sits on Alta's own pink, and the stroke being held has started to warm up where it is held. The Apple Watch app had quietly kept the previous icon through the last update. It matches again. There is also a new row at the bottom of Settings pointing to Not Beaten, our app for staying sober. The Recovery & Sobriety pack in here shares its words.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
