If something looks off, just reply to correct it. ■ Grio reaches out first A real coach doesn’t wait for you to ask. Grio checks in when a workout is coming up, when a meal looks skipped, or when your day is harder than usual. ■ A few missions each day Grio turns your goal into a handful of small daily missions, like a 20-minute walk or a glass of water after lunch. Anything Grio can already see, such as steps or a workout from Apple Health, checks itself off.
