About this app
IFC AI Data Compliance is a local-first review tool for EIR/DEIR requirement workbooks and supported IFC STEP models. Import an EIR/DEIR .xlsx workbook, review the detected sheets and column roles, and commit a traceable requirement register with source provenance. Import an IFC STEP .ifc model, review controlled requirement-to-IFC mappings, and run deterministic assessment only for approved mappings. Review exact requirement wording, workbook provenance, source cells, mapping status, IFC evidence, deterministic results and assessment limitations. The app exports authoritative JSON, CSV, Markdown and PDF reports, plus reviewer ZIP packages containing a manifest, byte counts, SHA-256 checksums and report files. Source workbooks and IFC models are not included in reviewer packages. Optional Apple AI Reviewer text can be generated using on-device Apple Foundation Models where available. AI text is advisory, cannot alter deterministic evidence or compliance results, and must be explicitly approved before it is included in exports. Key features: • Import EIR/DEIR requirement registers from XLSX workbooks • Review workbook sheets, headers and controlled column mappings • Preserve source wording, workbook rows, cells and fingerprints • Import IFC STEP models • Support exact IFC2X3 and IFC4 schema identification • Review and approve controlled requirement-to-IFC mappings • Block unsupported or unresolved assessment routes • Run deterministic evidence assessments • View requirement-level evidence and STEP-ID references • Separate evidence coverage from strict compliance results • Export JSON, CSV, Markdown and PDF reports • Create checksum-verified reviewer ZIP packages • Generate optional on-device Apple AI reviewer summaries • Use iPhone, iPad and native macOS • Process selected source files locally Supported IFC schemas are IFC2X3 and IFC4. PDF or DOCX requirement import, IFC XML, IFC ZIP, IFC4.3 and automatic contractual interpretation are not supported. IFC AI Data Compliance provides structured review evidence and deterministic checks for supported mappings. It does not provide certification, statutory approval, legal advice or automatic contractual interpretation.
