About this app
Your city is a map full of empty hexagons. Move through one and it turns your color. That is the whole game. Everything else is people trying to take it off you. FFF is a territory game played on the real streets around you. Press GO, go outside, and every hexagon your route touches gets claimed in your name. Cross a hexagon somebody already owns and you take it from them. Their phone buzzes: "You lost 2 hexes. Take them back." Most of them do. HOW A SESSION GOES Pick how you are moving. On foot, on a bike, or in a vehicle from your garage. Watch the line spread across the map. Every hexagon lands with a flash and a small kick you can feel. Finish and see what you took. Hexes claimed, hexes stolen, distance covered, and a card you can post. NOTHING YOU CLAIM STAYS YOURS A hexagon lives seven days. Pass back through your own ground and it holds for longer, up to three times. Forget about it and The Rust gets it. The Rust is not a player. It is the grey that eats abandoned ground and it does not negotiate. You get one warning the night before it moves. What you do with that warning is on you. Rust ruins can be taken back. Grey ground belongs to nobody. THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU One shared map. You see nearby players, their territory and their handles as you move. An area leaderboard ranked by hexes held, weekly distance and steals. Never by speed. Ghost Mode for the days you want to be off the map. No sign up. No email. No password. Open it and play. YOUR RECORD Levels from Rookie to Ghost, a daily streak, badges, and named personal bests like Land Grab and The Long Haul. Weekly challenges that pay out XP on their own. A garage for the bikes and vehicles you actually use, so every session is tagged to one of them. Benchmark bars that turn a hex count into something you can picture. Seventy five football pitches. A quarter of Monaco. A tall share card at the end of every session, with your route drawn from your own GPS trace. WHAT IS FREE, AND STAYS FREE Recording. Claiming. Stealing. Getting stolen from. The alert that tells you who did it. Your local leaderboard. No trial, no daily cap, no asterisk. Free players are not a trimmed down version of this game. They are the reason it is worth playing. FFF PRO Pro is for people who want more to look at afterwards. It adds long term history, deeper stats on your empire and a few ways to make your map and your share cards look like yours. Pro will never sell you safety and it cannot claim a single hexagon for you. You still have to go outside and take them like everybody else. BEFORE YOU START Look up more than you look down. Follow traffic rules and local law. FFF does not rank, reward or celebrate speed, and it never will. No hexagon is worth getting hurt over. FFF reads your location only while a session is running. Ghost Mode and a full reset are in Settings. SUBSCRIPTION AND PRICING FFF Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a free trial. The exact plan name, length and price in your local currency are shown in the app before you confirm anything. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. If you start a free trial, any unused part of it is lost when you buy a subscription. What’s New
The live map is open. Anyone who switches themselves on can now see everyone else who did — that used to be behind PRO, and it was the wrong thing to sell. Being on the map is a switch now, not a fifteen-minute check-in. On until you turn it off, and off the second you do. You can finally tell your ground from somebody else's at a glance: yours is filled in, theirs is an outline in their own colour, with their face or name on it up close. Tap anyone's hexes to open them. Two things I got wrong, both fixed: a drive could record nothing at all, and finishing one while you were still moving could crash the app and lose it. If that happened to you, I'm sorry. That one was mine.
