HVAC Field Report turns the visit you just finished into a customer-ready service report — in about two minutes, standing at the truck. Built for the independent residential and light-commercial technician: gloves on, dirty hands, no signal, several calls a day. DICTATE INSTEAD OF TYPING Talk through the visit the way you'd explain it to the customer. Field Report organizes what you said into complaint, findings, work performed, and recommendations. Every number it pulls out — pressures, temperatures, superheat, subcooling, capacitor readings — is shown to you for review before it lands on the report. You can always type instead of talking. CAPTURE THE NAMEPLATE, NOT YOUR HANDWRITING Photograph a filthy outdoor nameplate and Field Report reads the model and serial off it. Every reading, finding, and recommendation on a report is what the technician entered or confirmed.
