About this app
XRCise is a no-nonsense log for machine-based gym workouts geared towards casual users. No accounts, no ads, no social feed — just you, the machines, and your numbers. First, create a list of the machines available at your gym. If you use multiple gyms, you can add as many as you like. Then, start a workout at your selected gym and log each set with a single tap. FAST LOGGING • Every machine at your gym on one screen — no searching, no adding exercises mid-workout • A "Last time" line on each machine: your final set and set count from your previous workout • New sets prefill from your last set — adjust with ±5 lb / ±1 rep steppers or type exact values • Everything saves instantly; there is no save button NO DISTRACTIONS No exercise animations, body diagrams, photos, or oversized graphics. XRCise keeps everything compact and focused on the numbers that matter. The entire app takes up about as much storage space as a single photo. TRACK PROGRESS • Live stats while you train: duration, total volume, and sets • A history graph per machine: top-set weight per session, with a reps overlay • A muscle split for every workout across legs, arms, back, chest, core, and shoulders • Full workout history with duration, volume, and machines used APPLE WATCH + APPLE HEALTH Start a regular Strength Training workout on your Apple Watch, and XRCise pulls your heart-rate graph and active calories from Apple Health into each workout summary. XRCise only reads from Health — it never writes anything. MULTIPLE GYMS, ONE HISTORY Machines live in a shared catalog. Link the same machine to two gyms — each with its own number — and it keeps one unified history, so your progress follows you between gyms. EVERYTHING IS EDITABLE Fix a mistyped weight, adjust start and end times, add a forgotten set, or delete a workout — during or after the fact. All stats recompute automatically. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Syncs across your devices through your private iCloud — nobody else can see it • Export your complete history to a JSON file anytime; restore or merge it back whenever • No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads XRCise requires iOS 17 or later. An Apple Watch is optional — without one, heart rate and calories simply stay hidden. Weights are tracked in pounds (lb).
