About this app
EmoAtlas is a mood journal that takes one tap a day. Tap how you feel, add a note if you want, and get on with your life. EmoAtlas turns those taps into a map of your emotions: streaks, trends, and a weekly review that spots patterns you'd miss. WHY EMOATLAS • One-tap check-in — logging takes seconds, so the habit actually sticks. • Weekly review — what came up most and what lifted your mood. Code does the maths, our own model writes the text; nothing goes to third-party AI. No diagnoses, ever. • Your data is yours — CSV export of your whole history on every plan, including Free. • Private by design — with sync enabled, notes are encrypted on your device; the server stores an unreadable blob. • Works offline — the journal is fully functional without a connection. FREE A mood journal with feelings, energy level, body sensations and notes; charts and the mood map for the last 60 days; "What affects me" for 60 days; breathing and grounding exercises for when you need to calm down right now; a 4-week report for your therapist; CSV export of your whole history; a weekly email review; reminders so the evening check-in never slips. PLUS SUBSCRIPTION Your full history in charts and the map, "What affects me" across all of it (tags, sleep, energy, time of day, weekdays), entry reviews for 7, 30 or 90 days, a therapist report for 3, 6 or 12 months, Questions to ask yourself from a library of 800, and all Practices (emotion wheel, Name the feeling, mini check and more). • "Plus (1 month)" — 1 month • "Plus (1 year)" — 1 year Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on purchase confirmation. You can manage and cancel renewal in your Apple ID settings. No password — sign in by a link or code from your email.
