Pregnancy Week and Baby Guide

About this app

Poppy follows your pregnancy week by week — and keeps the part that matters free. Every week from 1 to 42 has its own page: what is growing, what you might be feeling, and what is worth asking at your next appointment. Your due date, your countdown and this week's size are on the first screen, always. FREE, FOR EVER • The week you are in, and the countdown to your due date • Kick counter and contraction timer • Warning signs — the things worth a phone call Nobody meets a paywall in labor. TWENTY TOOLS Kick counter, contraction timer, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, bump photos, appointments, checklists, hospital bag, birth plan, kegel and breathing exercises, 540 baby names, food safety, medication check, insights and a doctor's report. TALK TO YOUR BABY A conversation that grows with the weeks. Early on it is sensation; later it knows your voice, gets hiccups, and answers you. Fifty-five real recordings — a yawn, a hiccup, a laugh — and its heartbeat at this week's rate. LETTERS THEY WILL READ ONE DAY Write to the person you are carrying. Seal a letter until the birth if you want, and it opens the day they arrive. Your own words are never locked behind a subscription. FOOD SAFETY, ANSWERED Seventy-two foods, checked. Scan a label offline and get a straight answer — safe, careful, or avoid — and the reason why. KEEP IT Every first, every bump photo, every letter, exported as one PDF that is yours. Poppy is a personal tracking and information app. It does not provide a diagnosis, it is not a substitute for antenatal care, and nothing in it should delay you contacting your midwife, doctor or emergency services. Poppy Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
