SiteWallet – Receipt Scanner

About this app

Built for tradies, contractors, and anyone juggling expenses across multiple jobs, houses, or projects.SiteWallet does one thing other receipt scanners don't: it files every receipt under the job it belongs to. Not one giant pile you sort out at tax time — a folder per job, with a running total, ready to send. Receipt scanning requires an active subscription. A free trial is available. HOW IT WORKS Create a job — "Henderson Bathroom," "12 Smith St Reno," "Unit 4 Rental," whatever you're working on.Buy your supplies, scan the receipt at the counter, pick a category — materials, tools, fuel — and it's filed under that job before you're back in the ute. When the job's done (or your accountant comes asking), export everything in one tap: a clean CSV, a PDF, or every receipt photo zipped up — straight to your email, your accountant, or your client. WHY TRADIES USE IT A folder for every job, house, or category — receipts never get mixed up Scan single receipts or batch scan a handful at once Running total per job — see what each one is actually costing you Categories that make sense on site: materials, tools, fuel, food, transport Track cash out and cash in One-tap export: CSV, PDF, or receipt photos + CSV together Filter by date range, or export only what you haven't submitted yet Archive finished jobs and keep the list clean KNOW WHAT EVERY JOB REALLY COSTS Most people find out a job lost money when it's too late. With every expense filed as you go, you can check a job's total anytime — and quote the next one with real numbers instead of guesswork. TAX TIME IN MINUTES, NOT WEEKENDS No more shoebox. No more faded thermal receipts. Pick a job or a date range, tap export, and your accountant gets everything — organized, totalled, and legible.Perfect for plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, landscapers, handymen, landlords managing rentals and renos, and small crews running multiple jobs at once.Download SiteWallet and never lose a receipt — or lose track of a job — again. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
