Sitra - Todo Workflow Tasks

About this app

Sitra is not just another to-do list. It is a context-first task app that helps you remember what a task is about, not just that it exists. Instead of splitting notes, files, links, recordings, schedules, and action items across different places, Sitra brings them together around a situation. Once the context is in place, you can turn it into clear next actions, focus on what matters today, and return to work without losing the thread. With Sitra, you can: organize notes, files, links, and recordings by situation manage today’s tasks and upcoming work in one flow keep schedules and actions connected to the right context transcribe recordings and turn them into summaries and follow-up tasks use AI organization, draft generation, and project-aware AI chat when you need extra help quickly resume recent work without digging through multiple apps Sitra is a good fit if you: want tasks to stay attached to real context often lose momentum after meetings or voice notes want notes and action items to live in the same workflow prefer a calmer, clearer way to manage personal work Privacy and storage: app data such as notes, files, recordings, and transcripts is stored on your device by default only the minimum account, authentication, and billing information is processed for service operation text is processed only when you explicitly use AI features Sitra is built to help you move from scattered context to clear action. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
