Various bug fixes and improvements, including: Item costs are now fully hidden in all places for users who do not have the "View Item Costs" privilege. Fixed bug sometimes causing the serial selection list to be empty on selection. Fixed issue sometimes causing the "Assigned To" filter on various transactions to show an empty list.
