About this app
WordMan is a tool for helping to solve (or create) word puzzle and games. It allows quick searches of dictionaries to find words matching various criteria. There are several different types of query that can be performed: Anagram, Pattern, Build, Subword, Superword, Cryptogram, Insert, and Regex. For example, you can determine • Which words can be formed by rearranging the letters, A, E, R, T, F and two additional letter. • What 8-letter words have C, R as the second and third letters. • What words of 5 or more letters can be made from the letters in ASPARAGUS. • What words can be formed by changing 2 letters in the word DESTRUCTION. • What words start and end with the same three letters in the same order. • What words have three consecutive vowels twice in the same word. and many, many, more! You can search any combination of ten different dictionaries that are included. (All dictionaries are in the English language).
