Hands-Free Camera Timer

About this app

Take photos without touching your phone. Hands-Free lets you start the camera timer from across the room — no remote, no rushing back to your phone, no awkward reaching. Just set up your shot, step into frame, and trigger the countdown with a simple gesture. Three ways to start the timer: • Raise your hand — hold up an open palm and the countdown begins. • Clap — a single clap starts the timer. • Snap your fingers — a quick snap works too. Pick whichever feels most natural. You can turn each one on or off right from the camera screen. Why you'll love it: • Perfect for group photos where everyone wants to be in the shot. • Great for solo selfies and full-body pictures. • Front and back camera support. • Adjustable countdown timer so you always have time to pose. • Optional flash for low-light shots. • Adjustable clap & snap sensitivity to match your space. • Photos save straight to your library. Simple and private. Everything happens on your device. The camera and microphone are only used while you're actively taking a photo — nothing is recorded or shared. Set it up once and never touch your screen mid-shot again. Download Hands-Free and capture the moment your way.

• New: Finger snap trigger — start the timer with a quick snap, alongside hand gestures and claps. • Adjustable sensitivity — fine-tune how easily claps and snaps are detected (Low, Medium, High). • Clearer countdown and shutter sounds so you know exactly when your photo is taken, even from a distance. • Redesigned photo preview with a cleaner, simpler look. • Smoother, more reliable gesture detection and refreshed on-screen controls. • Various performance improvements and bug fixes.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
